The European Orchid Council Conference

Venue: VIFTEN, Rødovre Rådhusplads, Rødovre Parkvej 130, 2610 Rødovre

The conference takes place from May 5th to 7th, 2022 (3 days). The main topic is orchid conservation as stated in the introduction, but we invite contributions covering other topics as well. We invite both scientists and skilled amateurs to present their work. The conference language is English.

Submit your abstract – how to do

Abstracts have to be submitted no later than February 28th 2021. You will receive information of acceptance or rejection before April 30th 2021.

You may wish to present your work as an oral presentation or as a poster. The capacity for oral presentations is limited, and in case your work is not chosen for oral presentation, your abstract will automatically be evaluated for a poster presentation. Poster presentations will be in accordance with the program of the day.

Oral presentations: If your work is selected for oral presentation, you will be granted 20 minutes, including time for questions.

Posters: You are offered an area of (ca 60 cm x 90 cm (A1)) to hang your poster. It’ll be on display for one day. You are expected to be present at your poster at a predefined time to answer questions about your work.
